What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
