Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Phoenix focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
