Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Thistle Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
