Lumen Iron Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
