Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
