Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Rowan Health Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
