Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Orlando serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
