Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
