Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
