Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Orlando, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
