Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Omaha, NE)

Bright Basin Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
