Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification.
