Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
