Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Oak Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
