Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Fern Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification.
