Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Oklahoma City working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
