Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Willow Auto Group is a Oklahoma City company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
