Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
