Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Timber Staffing is a Nashville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving temp assignments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
