Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Amber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
