Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
