Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
