Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Memphis area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
