Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Haven Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
