Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Madison, WI)

Lumen Stone Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Madison. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
