Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
