Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
