Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Stone Health Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification.
