Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
