Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
