Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
