Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
