Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
