Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
