Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vista Manufacturing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
