Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Clear Freight is a Jacksonville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
