Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Corner Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jackson supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
