Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
