Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
