Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

Summit Cobalt Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
