Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Summit Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jackson supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
