Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
