Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification.
