Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Glen Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving budget submissions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification.
