Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
