Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Junction Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
