Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
