Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Basin Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Hartford, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
