Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Freight and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
