Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Drift Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification.
